Pricey and need to wait 15 min for a poutine but good food.

Delivery was fast, but the food was mediocre , stick to the pizza on the menu is my recommendation.

Ordered A few pizzas tonight, and had them delivered. They arrived before the time specified, they were hot, tasty, and very good. I highly recommend them.

I’ve eaten at dozens and dozens of pizza establishments over the years. This particular Milanos is the best of all pizza, including other Milanos locations. Consistently delicious pizza no matter what we order. Dough is amazing, ingredients taste fresh but the best part is that it’s always cooked to perfection.Their two pizza deals are well worth the price!

I just ordered food, it was cold and the delivery guy got upset with me because he had to drive on a dirt road to deliver. I live 10 minutes out side of town and they always have a problem delivering. If they want repeat business, they shouldn't be yelling and getting upset with customers.

Ordered delivery when the delivery driver came to the house my son was freaking out and we didn’t hear the door he proceeds to call us on the phone and tell us to hurry up and answer the door and then when my wife answers the door he was rude again telling us he should of just left and made us pick it up

They are always amazing service and delicious food. I love going there they make you feel like family.

Bought half pound of DF cheese curds and picked them up in store, and they decided to overcharge me and round up to the nearest dollar, and gave himself a 5.5% tip without my permission. Not a very honest business. Check your receipts.

I asked for two large pizzas, the guy on the phone was disrespectful, rude and decided that swearing at me in Arabic would be an appropriate way to end the conversation. Called right back and cancelled the order. Stay away like it is the plague. I don't know what they would have done to my pizza if I didn't cancel the order.

First time going to Milano and where do I start. from the tender bbq chicken wings to the thick slices of vegetarian pizza I have never felt full from eating 1 slice of vegetarian pizza. I’ve done my research and found out there are over 30 Milano in Canada!!! Listen people there’s a reason why they are successful!!!!

the last few times I have tried to order online from Milano's it says I am out of the delivery area. I am not outside of the area it is a computer glitch that they NEED to address. when we do order from Milano's it is fast and good food for what it is. though a few times we order that then get called because they are out of certain things (chicken, cheese and even French fires)I find that when I speak to them on the phone they are very short with me and just rush to get me off the phone. they do have one delivery driver who is amazing. came with in 30 minutes in heavy snow, also once came all the way back to the house when he realized I had way over tipped him by accident.

Milanope!Do you like uncooked bread? Brown lettuce? Horrible customer service that will say that you are wrong? Then go to Milano Pizzeria in Richmond because thats what you'll get. If I could give zero stars I would.

Phoned an order in at 4:25 pm and ordered a medium Milanos special half no cheese to be picked up at 6 pm.. what I got was half no toppings and cheese all over it.. was not impressed when I got home 45 minutes later and found out.. my husband is lactose intollerant and couldn't have anything to eat..

Too expensive

Pizza is okay, a bit greasy. We had poor service, and have enjoyed Cousin Vinny's and Jojo's since. Also interesting that they rated themselves 5/5 on Google...

Only order if you want a quick pizza that is not any better than a frozen pizza. The rest of their menu is not worth your money....Chicken wings are like chewing on a shoe sole... with a hot sauce sprayed on them.. Zucchini is always under cooked and have to request it be cooked longer..have received someone elses order and have to request my own.... have received pizzas with under cooked crusts... their subs are half the size of subway... Not worth the money.... I am not spending my money on this ripoff place any more........

Good pizza. Staff are friendly and helpful. This location has tables and chairs BUT it's not set up like a restaurant. I recommend you order delivery or pickup yourself and eat at home if you want ambiance.
